About Us
Recycled Materials
We do our best to operate in a circular economy system. Our Terrarium vessels are hand blown using recycled glass, our tools are either reusable or biodegradable,
Responsibly Sourced
We grow or cultivate as much natural material as possible. Our moss is responsibly sourced or from samples in our garden. We propagate our own plants, and locally source anything we can’t grow or make ourselves.
Giving back
We give back to Nature through annual tree planting, and provide discounted Workshops rates for Charities and mot-for-profit Organisations.
Budding beginnings
A word from our founder
“Terrariums have always fascinated me, even as a child. It all started with a curiosity for moss during my childhood in central London. These tiny tufts of green would pop up seemingly out of nowhere, be it in urban or natural settings.”
Along with a growing obsession for the wonderful properties of moss, I took up an interest in environmental psychology, learning about the impact that elements in nature can have on our physical and psychological well-being, happiness and productivity.
Throughout my career, I have worked with global brands, creating workplace designs that embedded nature into them as a means to support the employee experience- promoting a healthier, happier and more productive workforce.
“My experience taught me that access to natural light, organic materials and fresh air, truly are important stimulants for human beings to connect with their wellbeing, creativity, playfulness, and joy.”
Along my path there has always been a call to inspire others through nature. This, along with the gentle push of the pandemic, led me to launch Little Eden Terrariums in 2021 in Dublin, Ireland.
Today, Little Eden has flourished into small but mighty team of 4 people, who are passionate about sharing the unique health benefits of terrariums with customers and businesses, supporting local sustainability, and sharing the art of terrarium crafting with the world.
We have had the honor of being featured in Media such as The Irish Tatler, Lifestyle magazine, Ireland AM with Brian McFadden, as well as winning the micro-business category in Visa’s ‘She’s Next’ programme.
We hope you find as much fulfillment from our miniature terrarium ecosystems as we’ve had from creating and sharing them with you.
